Nothing Rests. Everything moves. Everything vibrates. Vibrations refer to the oscillating and vibrating movement of atoms and particles caused by energy. Frequency, which is measured in hertz (Hz) units, is the rate at which vibrations and oscillations occur. The adjacent Resonance Experiment video shows that energy changes matter. If you add energy to an ice cube made of water, it becomes liquid water, and if you add even more energy, it becomes steam. You have the ability to change your vibration. We are here to help!
