What is Breathwork?

It’s an active meditation to help you really shift blocked emotions & stuck energy,  calm anxiety, deal with day to day stress. Using the conscious connected breath pattern also allows your nervous system to unblock your creative channels and relieve overwhelm. Breathwork can be the key to truly tapping into your true nature through releasing and relaxing. The greatest gift of all is that breathwork connects us back to our spirits and hearts.

The Experience

It’s done lying down on your back in a comfortable position with an eye mask, while music is playing to help you relax and release.   I’ll guide you through the entire process. Each Breathwork session is unique and experiences can be different for each individual or from one Breathwork session to the next.

What it’s not:

It’s NOT Hyperventilating. Hyperventilating is when you exhale more oxygen than you’re taking in. In Breathwork we actually try to take in as much oxygen as we can.
